Our Refund Policy lasts 10 days and 30 days warranty. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund but you have 30 days for any exchange.
To make a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional items that cannot be returned:To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Changes (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we shipped it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, you will receive a gift card so you can purchase whatever you prefer.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver decided to have the order shipped and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If shipping an item over $75 USD/$1,500 MXN, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
